These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of blaze at https://blaze-ca.com, including your access to and use of our gaming services. Effective date: 1 January 2025.

- blaze: The brand and online service available to Canadian users solely via blaze-ca.com.
- User / Player / You: A natural person who creates or uses an account on blaze-ca.com.
- Account: A personal, single-user registration enabling access to the Services.
- Services: Real-money online games and related features, including deposits, withdrawals, promotions and live chat.
- Bet / Wager: A monetary stake placed on a game outcome through the Services.
- Bonus: Promotional funds, free spins, tokens, or credits subject to specific conditions and wagering requirements.
- Real-Money Balance: Your cash funds available for betting and withdrawal, excluding Bonus balances.

Account Registration

Betting & Gameplay Rules

- Live casino and chat: Be respectful. No insults, threats, discrimination, harassment, spamming, solicitation, or sharing of personal data. We may mute, remove chat access, or suspend accounts for violations.

Bonus Terms

- Processing times: Deposits are usually instant; withdrawals are reviewed and typically processed within 0-72 hours after approval, subject to KYC. Your bank or wallet may add additional time. Business Days may affect timing.
- Verification and closed-loop: We may require proof of identity, address, and payment ownership before processing. Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the original funding method ("closed-loop"). We may split withdrawals across methods.
- Chargebacks and reversals: Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to suspension, fees, recovery of costs, and reporting to authorities where appropriate.
- Refunds of bets and bonuses: Confirmed bets are final. If a bet is voided due to malfunction/obvious error, the stake is returned. Bonus-related funds are non-refundable and may be forfeited if conditions are not met.
- Dormant and negative balances: We may offset any amounts you owe (e.g., chargebacks) against your balances or future deposits, subject to applicable law.
Limitation of Liability

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

You and we may seek injunctive relief in competent courts as needed.
- Consumer rights: Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. Where mandatory local law (including in Quebec) prohibits arbitration or forum selection, you may bring claims in the courts of your province or territory.
- No class actions: To the extent permitted by law, disputes are resolved on an individual basis only.
